Hepsia's File Manager section permits you to administer the content of your website using simple point & click actions. Right-click contextual menus allow rapid access to different file manipulation options, whereas handy drag-and-drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your desktop PC in an instant. You will also find in-built file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to archive and unarchive files easily too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your PC. The integrated drag-and-drop functionality will enable you to easily move files between your personal computer and the web hosting server. Just select the file that you want to upload from your computer and then drag it to your browser. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your PC. Furthermore, you can download files and even folders to your personal computer by clicking the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager graphical user interface, you can create a new file or folder with just a click. All action buttons are handily placed above the file/folder list and you can edit your files with ease. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, see the contents of a file or modify its permissions, delete a file, and so on.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager, you will be able to compress and extract all types of files. It works surprisingly fast - simply select the files you want to compress and click the Compress button. You can even select the compression format (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract files from an archive to a selected folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager GUI, you really do not need any external software tools to update your files. There is an image viewer, which enables you to see the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will in fact show up on the web. In addition, you will find an array of built-in file editors, which will grant you complete control over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are aimed at more competent users, whereas the WYSIWYG editor (where you can see all HTML source code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy users.
